For over 16 years, I have dedicated myself to researching consciousness and resilience under extreme conditions. My research is based on an unusual combination of personal experience, independent study, and formal training.
Through years of facing extraordinarily challenging life circumstances, I have gained unique insights into adaptive consciousness processes and resilience mechanisms. These experiences formed the basis for the development of new methodological approaches in consciousness research.
The focus of my work lies in the investigation and documentation of states of consciousness that arise under extreme stress conditions, as well as their potential applications for therapeutic and scientific purposes.
