Company Structure

IQVerse is operated by IQVerse UG (haftungsbeschränkt) i. Gr., a company organized under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The purpose of the company is the advancement of science, research, and public education — particularly in the fields of consciousness research, psychosomatics, and the scientific study of extended human experiences. Under the company's articles of association, 80% of all revenue is contractually reinvested into consciousness research and scientific education.

Key Commitments

• 80% reinvested — 80% of all income is reinvested into research, scientific studies, the compensation of external authors and study directors (excluding executive management), and platform operations, as mandated by the company's articles of association.
• Direct impact donations — Donations to IQVerse directly fund consciousness research and scientific education.
• No hidden compensation — There are no management contracts, consulting fees, or other arrangements that provide additional income to the founder or related parties.
• Independent audits — Financial statements are reviewed annually by an independent auditor to verify compliance with the reinvestment commitment in the company's articles of association.
• Public reporting — Annual impact and financial reports are published and available to the public.
• Legally binding — The 80% reinvestment commitment is embedded in the company's articles of association and legally enforceable.
