This platform is operated by IQVerse Research LLC. Your contractual partner is IQVerse Research LLC.
By accessing, browsing, or registering on IQVerse (the "Platform"), operated by IQVerse Research LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Disclaimer (collectively, the "Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and IQVerse Research LLC ("we", "us", "the Operator").
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
IQVerse is a research and education platform dedicated to consciousness research, psychosomatics, and the scientific study of extended human experiences. Under our Operating Agreement, 80% of all revenue is reinvested into consciousness research and scientific education. All content published on the Platform — including articles, experience reports, forum posts, studies, and expert contributions — is intended exclusively for educational and informational purposes.
No content on IQVerse constitutes medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or other professional advice. Always seek the guidance of a qualified professional before making decisions based on anything you read on this Platform. Domain-specific disclaimers may appear alongside individual articles to highlight the nature of the content (e.g. medical, psychological, theological, philosophical).
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account on IQVerse. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
During registration you must provide your real first and last name, a valid email address, and a secure password. Pseudonyms, fake names, or impersonation of other individuals are not permitted and may result in immediate account termination.
Your email address will be verified through a confirmation link. Until verification is complete, certain Platform features may be restricted. We block registration from known disposable or temporary email providers.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
Users may register as an "Expert" on IQVerse. Expert applicants must submit a written statement describing their qualifications, professional background, academic credentials, publications, or other relevant experience (minimum 20 characters, maximum 1,500 characters). This statement is reviewed by our administrative team.
Expert roles are organized into two categories: Academic Experts and Practitioner Experts. Approval or rejection of expert status is at the sole discretion of the Operator. The Operator reserves the right to revoke expert status at any time without advance notice if qualifications are found to be misrepresented or if an expert violates these Terms.
Expert-authored articles are subject to an additional editorial review before publication. Expert status does not imply employment, agency, or any contractual relationship with the Operator beyond these Terms.
Registered users may customize their profile, including uploading an avatar, writing a biography, adding social-media links, and specifying research interests. Users may also request a change of their display name subject to administrator approval.
Profile avatars must not contain offensive, illegal, or misleading imagery. The Operator reserves the right to remove or replace any avatar that violates community standards.
You may request the deletion of your account at any time through the Platform's data-rights tools. Account deletion is performed as a soft delete; your data will be anonymized and removed from public view pending a final administrative review, after which it is permanently purged.
IQVerse provides a community forum where registered users may create discussion threads, post replies with text and images, and interact with other users. All forum activity — including threads, replies, and experience reports — is subject to the Community Guidelines and these Terms.
Posts may be organized into categories and pinned or locked by administrators. Rate-limiting applies to thread creation, replies, and comments to prevent misuse.
All forum content is publicly visible. You must not include personal information of third parties (e.g. full names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses) in forum posts. The Operator may remove, edit, or close any content that violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines without prior notice.
IQVerse allows users to submit structured experience reports that document personal consciousness-related experiences. These reports may include demographic data such as age at the time of experience, geographic context, and categorized experience types.
By submitting an experience report, you consent to its publication on the Platform in anonymized or attributed form (according to your profile settings). Experience reports may be used in aggregate for research and statistical analysis.
Experience reports do not constitute scientific evidence. They represent subjective personal accounts and should be understood as such by all readers.
The Platform publishes editorially reviewed articles on topics related to consciousness research, psychosomatics, and related fields. Articles may be authored by Operator staff, verified experts, or approved contributors.
Each article may carry domain-specific disclaimers (e.g. "Not medical advice", "Not legal advice"). These disclaimers form part of these Terms and must be read alongside the article content.
View counts and engagement metrics are collected for internal analytics and quality-assurance purposes.
You retain all ownership rights in the content you create and post on IQVerse ("User Content"), including forum posts, replies, experience reports, comments, and uploaded images.
By posting User Content, you grant IQVerse Research LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and make available your User Content on the Platform and in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform. This licence terminates with regard to specific content if you delete that content, except where the content has been shared, cached, or referenced by other users or third-party services.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your User Content does not infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of any third party.

IQVerse maintains a binding Terminology Guide that defines the language and conceptual framework used on the Platform. All users — including contributors, experts, and community members — must adhere to this guide when participating on the Platform.
The Terminology Guide enumerates specific prohibited topic areas that fall outside the scope of the Platform. Content relating to these excluded topics will be removed without prior notice.
IQVerse follows a Non-Interference Doctrine: the Platform observes but does not interfere with or promote any specific belief system, religious tradition, or ideological framework. Content must remain scientifically grounded and respectful of all perspectives.
IQVerse employs artificial-intelligence systems (including third-party large-language-model APIs) to assist with content moderation, quality assurance, and compliance screening. User-generated content — including forum posts, comments, and experience reports — may be submitted to these systems for automated review.
AI moderation is used as a supplementary tool; final decisions regarding content removal, account suspension, or policy enforcement are made by human administrators. The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated assessments.
By using the Platform, you consent to this automated processing of your content for moderation and safety purposes in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) or the applicable legal basis in your jurisdiction.
All original content, design elements, logos, trademarks, source code, and documentation of IQVerse are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any IQVerse materials without prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law (e.g. fair use).
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on IQVerse, please submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to the contact address listed in Section 22.
IQVerse accepts voluntary donations exclusively via bank transfer. Donations are processed by IQVerse Research LLC and used to fund the Platform's purpose: the advancement of science, research, and public education. 80% of all revenue is reinvested into consciousness research and scientific education as stipulated in the Operating Agreement of IQVerse Research LLC.
Donations are non-refundable and do not entitle the donor to any special privileges, services, or influence over editorial or research decisions. Donation information (amounts and dates) may be published in aggregate in transparency reports without identifying individual donors.
All donations, payments, and revenue are handled by IQVerse Research LLC.
The Platform may contain links to external websites or third-party resources. When you click an external link on IQVerse, you may be routed through an interstitial redirect page that alerts you that you are leaving the Platform.
The Operator has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing external links is entirely at your own risk.
Our collection and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Under applicable data-protection law (including the GDPR for EU/EEA users, and CCPA for California residents), you have the right to access, rectify, export (in JSON format), or delete your personal data. IQVerse uses only strictly necessary cookies required for the operation of the Platform:
No advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies are set. Because these cookies are strictly necessary for the Platform's operation, no separate consent is required under EU ePrivacy rules.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. IQVerse Research LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Operator nor the Owner warrants that: (a) the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (b) the content on the Platform is accurate, complete, reliable, or current; or (c) any defects will be corrected.
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from IQVerse or through the Platform creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IQVerse Research LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
In no event shall the Operator's total aggregate liability exceed USD $100 or the amount you have paid to the Operator in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IQVerse Research LLC and its officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights; or (d) any User Content you post on the Platform.
For users in the European Union or European Economic Area, these Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts in Berlin, Germany shall have jurisdiction.
For all other users, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may initiate binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration body. The seat of arbitration shall be in Delaware.
Class-action waiver: You agree that any proceedings to resolve disputes will be conducted solely on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.
Note for EU/EEA users: Nothing in this section limits your rights under mandatory EU consumer-protection law. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected. The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines, and the Terminology Guide, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding the Platform.
Waiver. The failure of the Operator to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without the Operator's prior written consent. The Operator may assign these Terms without restriction.
